These terms govern your access to Choral Catalogue, including accounts, downloads, saved collections, and composition submissions.
Last updated: 11 July 2026
By using the catalogue, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use it for a choir or organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.
We provide a free digital library of sacred and liturgical choral music. We may add, correct, restrict, or remove content and features at any time. We do not guarantee that every score, transcription, translation, attribution, or file is complete or error-free.
Unless a score page states different terms, you may download, print, rehearse, and perform its score for personal, educational, and church use. This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission. You may not sell a score, include it in a product or paid collection, remove credits or notices, claim authorship, or redistribute it as a competing library without written permission. Public performance, recording, broadcast, adaptation, translation, or commercial use may require separate permission from the relevant rights holder.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, bypass download controls, scrape the catalogue at scale, probe its security, upload malware, interfere with others, impersonate anyone, or use content unlawfully. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary.
You retain ownership of work you submit. You confirm that you created it or have authority from all relevant rights holders, that the information you provide is accurate, and that our review and intended publication will not infringe another person’s rights. By submitting, you give us permission to store, review, convert, and communicate about the work. Publication requires a separate agreement or clear permission; submission alone does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
The catalogue’s branding, design, software, editorial text, and compilation are owned by Choral Christian or its licensors. Musical works and score engravings may have their own rights holders and licence terms. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here or on a score page.
The service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law permits. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms and will change the date above; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Dedicated contact details for questions will be published on this site.
